Rebirthing breathwork with Sam Reda: individual sessions, group circles and practitioner training, in Lebanon and Online.
Sam was born in Beirut and grew up in Australia, which became his main home from the age of 16. After a car accident left him with a spinal cord injury, he set out on a healing journey and went on to live in several spiritual and healing communities across Australia.
In 1987 he took part in the first globally synchronized meditation, a gathering of people around the world that marked the dawn of the Age of Aquarius. In 1992 he became a Rebirthing-Breathwork therapist, specializing in releasing difficult emotions and reconnecting people with their personal empowerment and inner authority.
When everyone tells you to be calm, Sam invites you to express your emotions and go beyond them. With a non-judgemental, compassionate presence, he guides you towards the place where your loving self already lives, and trains you to use that inner compass in everyday choices.
Languages: Arabic, English and some French.
Rebirthing Breathwork is a gentle practice of conscious, connected breathing, developed by Leonard Orr in the early 1970s as a path back to the self. Each inhale flows into the exhale with no pause, and the breath becomes a bridge between body, emotions, mind and spirit.
As the breath softens and finds its natural flow, the body may release held tension and a quiet space opens within. Sensations, feelings, images and memories may rise, each one an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity, compassion and honesty.
Rebirthing does not ask you to force, fix or control anything. It asks you to stay present, breathe and trust what arises.
“There is nothing to master and nothing to get right. The breath is something we already do every moment.”

A professional certification recognized globally by the IBF and GPBA needs at least 400 hours over a minimum of two years. Short weekend certifications do not qualify for professional status.
A simple, gentle way of breathing with awareness. You breathe in a continuous rhythm, with the inhale flowing into the exhale and no pauses, in a safe and supported space. In a session you give the breath your full attention and let it guide you inward.
Every session is different. Some people feel waves of relaxation, warmth or tingling. Others notice emotions, memories or images rising, or a deep calm and stillness. Some feel very little at first, and that is perfectly fine. Nobody is asked to force an experience, and Sam is there to guide and support you throughout.
Many people feel more connected to themselves, more relaxed, and more at ease in their body, often with a sense of lightness, clarity or renewal. The hope is that you carry the breath with you as a tool for presence and self-awareness in daily life.
Anyone curious about self-exploration and open to slowing down and listening inward. No previous experience with breathwork or meditation is needed. People often come during times of stress, transition or reflection, or simply because they feel called to reconnect with themselves. The themes you work on depend on what you need.
Breathwork is a complementary practice for self-exploration and well-being. It is not a medical or psychological treatment and does not replace professional care. Please consult your doctor first if you have a heart or cardiovascular condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy or a history of seizures, a respiratory condition such as asthma, glaucoma, or a recent surgery or injury. The same applies if you are pregnant or have a history of serious mental health conditions or unresolved trauma. You can always adjust your breathing, pause or stop, and you are welcome to speak with Sam before booking.
“Never thought my life can be transformed so easily and so quickly. It’s like I found a key to my own life I didn’t know I had. Sam’s non intrusive guidance helped find my confidence, when I thought I had lost it.”
Salwa, 62 years old, Lebanese
